End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Agreement

This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and GenixCell LLC (“Licensor”) for the use of software applications and related services provided by GenixCell.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with the terms of this EULA, Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on your devices.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the software.
• Distribute, sell, or lease the software to third parties.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
• Use the software for any unlawful purpose.

4. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you breach any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies in your possession.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Licensor does not warrant that the software will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
